Netflix – Sex Education

We were incredibly excited to develop a “Who’s Who” featurette for the brand new Netflix series “Sex Education,” starring Asa Butterfield and Gillian Anderson. In close collaboration with our client, we crafted a series of animated elements that vividly illustrated the characters and key plotlines of the series. Drawing inspiration from the visual themes and cues of the show, we created hand-drawn elements, illustrations, and animations that adhered to a consistent style guide.

These animations were skillfully composited throughout the featurette, culminating in a hand-drawn Netflix logo and branded title elements. The project was a delightful and playful endeavor, especially when animating some of the show’s famously risqué scenes. Check out the fun and cheeky animations below!
